DGAM participated in the gallery of photos show the damages of the Syrian heritage in Netherlands, the gallery was organized by the heritage of Brabant Dutch institution, the regional center for the Dutch archives in the city of Eindhoven, archive and central library in the city of Oss, heritage and Fort Altena, in addition to Mr. Khaled Hiatlih and Ms. Rasha Hakki.
The exhibition incorporates photos of the damage occurring on the Dutch cultural heritage in World War II, and damage is currently taking place on the Syrian heritage, and displays to compare and approach between the events in two different places, times.
The exhibition focuses on DGAM efforts to preserve the cultural heritage of Syria, in cooperation with the local community, all researchers and those interested in heritage and the restoration, rehabilitation projects carried out by.
The exhibition focuses and addresses the audience the results of these wars on the human heritage, the refugee problems, and is accompany with several other activities, exhibitions, and lectures on the Syrian archaeological heritage tangible and intangible.
